DESCRIPTION:The Beyond Labels Art Group meets Sundays from 10:30-11:45AM. \nThe group’s main focus points will be: self-reflection\, intersectionality of identities\, exploring values\, and expression/communication. It will be an open studio so any and all art material will work. \nThis group will provide individuals the opportunity to explore deeper into the parts that make up the whole. This self-exploration can increase confidence\, efficacy\, and overall affect. With greater understanding of ourselves\, it creates a greater chance to connect to those with similar experiences. Another benefit is finding how to expression oneself through art! Which could lead to hobby-development\, an outlet\, and a new way to communicate.
