These are not “what” we believe\, but are “how” we believe. \nHosted on November 1st and 8th from 3 – 6pm at Our Center\, participants will look at the ways individuals approach Christianity\, Hebrew\, Muslim\, agnostic and atheists belief systems. You will study the human side\, treating faith as more of a verb than a noun. \nPeople of all faiths are invited to learn! All musical preferences are welcome\, from Mozart to Marvin Gaye to Megadeth. NO MUSIC SKILLS REQUIRED! Groups ask for a suggested $25 donation. \nTaught by Emily Stewart (she/they)\, a queer Board-Certified Music Therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. They have advanced training in trauma-informed care\, neurologic music therapy\, addiction treatment\, mental health support\, identity development\, and disability studies. They understand music as a neurological and psychological science\, and as a holistic way of being; they are so excited to collaborate with Our Center to amplify queer voices in our area through music making.

These are not “what” we believe\, but are “how” we believe. \nHosted on November 1st and 8th from 3 – 6pm at Our Center\, participants will look at the ways individuals approach Christianity\, Hebrew\, Muslim\, agnostic and atheists belief systems. You will study the human side\, treating faith as more of a verb than a noun. \nPeople of all faiths are invited to learn!
