Meditation Mondays
Meditation is held here at OUR Center taught by Laurie Minsal. Laurie creates a safe environment using the techniques of Mindfulness developed by Buddha. Regular meditation creates a strong foundation of support within the self. Hosted every 2nd Monday of the month at 6:00 pm.

Our Center's new Queer Student Union will meet weekly for all high-school aged LGBTQIA+ students interested in building community, learning about queer issues, and taking action to create safe spaces for the QPOC, trans, and queer communities.
